Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Change of mind after opening the seal

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the situation).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
